M Space is committed to sustainable buildings and was part of a design team that developed the first high performance classroom prototype approved by the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) in the United States.   The Modular Building Institute also recognized M Space in 2009 for a first place award in the ‘Green’ design category.
