Lease Types

Operating Lease
We offer operating leases as an attractive rental option. The term of an operating lease can range from 24 months up to and exceeding 60 months.

At the end of the lease, the lessee has one of three choices: return the building, renew or extend the lease or purchase the building.
 
Finance Lease
We offer finance/ capital leases whereby the lessee can own the building over time. Term of the finance lease can range from 24 months up to 84 months or greater if the quality of the credit is strong enough.
The finance lease can be written as a $1.00 Purchase Option or as a balloon payment. The finance lease can include both building, one time/ site related cost and taxes.
 
Municipal Lease
We offer tax exempt finance leases that are applicable to certain (state, county, city, etc.) governmental entities. The term of a municipal finance lease can range from 12 months up to 10 years. The term is dependent upon the quality of the credit and the dollar size of the amount to finance.

At the end of the lease term, the lessee will purchase the building for $1.00.
