The Wharf Welcome Center, AL
The Wharf at Ocean Beach is a mixed use development that serves as a destination
resort on the Intracoastal Waterway. This location is a retail and entertainment
node for 32 miles of sugar white beaches. Challenged with creating a welcome
center that would feature the condo and residential communities available at the
Wharf, M Space Holdings, LLC designed a building on the beach to feature the
visual splendor of the location. A tight time-line existed requiring the project to be
completed in 60 days.
