Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute,  Tequesta, FL.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) is dedicated to protecting, conserving, and managing Florida’s marine and costal resources.  FWRI saw the need to add another field lab to its existing six laboratories. FWRI chose modular construction as the easiest and quickest solution to their space problem.

Howland Port Authority of NY/NJ
Howland Hook Marine Terminal has a growing container facility in the Port of New York and New Jersey. It is located in the northwest corner of the Borough of Staten Island in New York City. With 124 additional acres purchased in 2001 added to the original 187 acre site, the facility is growing. The Port Authority at Howland Hook needed additional administrative space that included offices, breakroom, and locker facilities for its employees.

First Southern Bank was interested in placing a temporary branch office in Florence, AL. They decided to use modular construction in order to place a temporary building in Florence that could be removed easily if a base market was not established.
