Client Need:
In 2005, WCI realized the need for a unique sales center that would reflect the high quality and distinct lifestyle of a residential community in Pompano Beach, Florida. WCI needed a sales center that would set it apart from its competition by allowing it to offer flexible exterior and interior design features that appealed to its target market. More important, WCI wanted a partner who would work with them on the project from beginning to end. WCI chose M Space.
The M Space Solution:
In 2005, M Space’s octagonal modular unit was delivered to the Florida site and on-site construction began. Working with a Naples, Florida construction company that WCI had contracted, M Space was able to complete the project construction within a two to three month period. M Space’s area representative, Bill Roberts, worked hand-in-hand with the on-site project team to ensure that the modular space would meet all of WCI’s specific needs.
M Space provided a modular building with over 6000 square feet. The structure included a reception area, grand showroom, appointed restrooms, offices, customer lounge, kitchen, and storage space, along with a wrap-around-porch entry with ramp and stairways.
The Result:
In late 2005, WCI welcomed its customers in a “state of the art” facility, a showroom that reflected WCI’s high-end lifestyle approach to residential communities. The beauty and uniqueness of the showroom makes one wonder “Is this really modular?”
