Power companies are always in need of buildings that provide large office space and in some cases they need to be temporary solutions to much needed office space while construction is underway. When FENOC of the Beaver Valley Power Station in western Pennsylvania needed office space that could serve as swing space for them while construction was underway, M Space Holdings, LLC was the modular company they selected to provide them with a custom built 34,560 square foot building.
The M Space Solution:
To meet a tight time-line for delivery and to keep within a defined budget, M Space was able to create a 288’ x 120’ layout for construction of a modular building that would result in 34,560 square feet of office space. The site underwent preparation while the building was being manufactured. This allowed M Space to deliver the building to the customer on-time and on-budget.
The modular office building was a perfect layout for the engineers and contractors that would be working on the three-year project. Complete with offices, open space for the large drafting tables, meeting rooms, and multi-stall bathrooms, the First Energy building supported the many tasks that had to be undertaken during the life of the project the engineers and contractors were involved in.

The Testimonial:
“I had no problem with anything associated with this project. M Space provided us with the perfect building for all the people that had to use it. It had to handle mainly the project engineers and main contractors. The service was great and there was nothing wrong with the structure, it was perfect. We hadn’t used modular buildings since the late 80’s and this building was incredible. M Space was responsive to any of my requests. As I said, I had no problems.”
