Modular Office Space - Bridgewater State College

Bridgewater State College, MA
Bridgewater State College (BSC) is a historic college, founded in 1840 by Horace Mann as one of America's first teacher preparation institutions. The campus is situated on 235 acres in the heart of the town of Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
BSC needed temporary administrative office space while permanent building construction was underway. They selected M Space Holdings as their partner for this project.

Gulfport Naval Authority, MS
The Naval Authority current mission at Gulfport is to prepare for and support all facets of the mobilization of construction forces, including reserve units. The Center is also responsible for preservation and storage of war reserves including construction equipment and materials. The client needed a new operations building that would serve as the nerve center for the entire site.

Howland Port Authority of NY/NJ
Howland Hook Marine Terminal has a growing container facility in the Port of New York and New Jersey. It is located in the northwest corner of the Borough of Staten Island in New York City. With 124 additional acres purchased in 2001 added to the original 187 acre site, the facility is growing. The Port Authority at Howland Hook needed additional administrative space that included offices, breakroom, and locker facilities for its employees.

East Hampton High School, NY
Faced with an on-going growth pattern at the East Hampton High School on Long Island, the officials looked at modular construction from M Space as a solution to their problem. East Hampton High School has a population of over 2600 students and serves grades 9 through 12. Chosen by Newsweek as on of the top 100 Best High Schools in the country, the school has high standards and M Space was a company that could provide it with the quality product that it required.

Sharon Elementary School, NJ
Formerly a 13,266 square foot educational complex that was used as the Hampden Middle School in Connecticut, this building complex was divided and reconfigured to meet the needs of the Sharon Elementary School Project. Using an existing building met the needs of the school since they were on a very tight set-up schedule.

The State of Louisiana Reed Recovery Project, LA
M Space Holdings, LLC designed and constructed a 48,604 square foot, fully functional, secure educational campus for the State of Louisiana Reed Recovery Project. All buildings floor finishes, exterior and interior, are at the same elevation and are accessible to each by nearly 1,000 linear feet of raised platform walkways with lighted canopies. This ADA compliant campus includes ten (10) handicap accessible ramps and concrete sidewalks.

The Wharf Welcome Center, AL
The Wharf at Ocean Beach is a mixed use development that serves as a destination resort on the Intracoastal Waterway. This location is a retail and entertainment node for 32 miles of sugar white beaches. Challenged with creating a welcome center that would feature the condo and residential communities available at the Wharf, M Space Holdings, LLC designed a building on the beach to feature the visual splendor of the location. A tight time-line existed requiring the project to be completed in 60 days.

The Archdiocese of New Orleans – Hannan High School
The 43 unit modular building designed for the Hannan High School created a complex that provided additional classroom and administrative office space for the existing campus. Safety and security was a key factor in the design phase of the project.  The 35,856 square feet of building was configured so that teachers would have an “in-line sight” of doorways and interior class spaces from any class or open space.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) is dedicated to protecting, conserving, and managing Florida’s marine and costal resources.  FWRI saw the need to add another field lab to its existing six laboratories. When FENOC of the Beaver Valley Power Station in western Pennsylvania needed office space that could serve as swing space for them while construction was underway, M Space Holdings, LLC was the modular company they selected to provide them with a custom built 34,560 square foot building.

Oakleaf School, Clay County School District, Florida
The M Space modular building project for the Clay County School District was designed as a “Plug & Play” system to meet the needs of the Florida Clay County School District for flexibility in mobility of the units.  The plan integrated the non-combustible modular buildings with the new school under construction.  The forty-eight (48) Type 11B classrooms are consistent in appearance, finish and functionality.

Fuller Normal Advanced Technology Charter School,
Greensville, South Carolina

The Fuller Nwmal Advanced Technology School was in need of a complete school complex that could be in place and functional on a very tight time-table. Due to the need to have a building in place within a few months, conventional construction
would not get this project done on time. Modular construction was the solution determined but with a design constraint that the building must mirror the look of the surrounding brick buildings.
