In his role as Business Development Manager, David is responsible for identifying and creating programs that enable M Space to generate business and provide solutions within the Healthcare Industry. His focus is on national healthcare organizations that own and operate hospitals, on-site clinics, ambulatory care, imaging and dialysis centers and medical office buildings. David works closely with growing customers to develop flexible prototypes for rapid expansion. The speed of construction and the flexible financing arrangements translate into increased profits for our customers
David has over 21 years of experience in the modular building industry, giving him the perspective to see attractive solutions to even the most complex space problems. His experience along with outstanding customer service results in long-term customer relationships within the healthcare industry.

Correctional Facilities Market
In his role as Business Development Manager, Joe is responsible for developing opportunities to serve customers within the correctional facilities market.. The correctional market is ideally suited for modular construction. Minimum to medium security prisons, community jails, detention centers, dormitories and administrative offices are examples of modular buildings applications for the correctional facilities market.
Joe has over twenty five years of experience in the modular building industry. Prior to joining M Space, Joe was a principal owner, President, and CEO of Arthur Building Systems, a modular building company. He has held several positions since joining M Space including Regional Sales Manager. Joe’s extensive experience in the modular building industry and the correctional facilities market, positions him to further develop this market for M Space Holdings.
Gene Hammond

Educational Market
In his role as Business Development Manager, Gene is responsible for developing, directing and coordinating strategies to create new business within the educational market. Classrooms, complexes, and administrative offices are among the types of buildings typically requested by the educational market. Gene is specializing in energy efficient and ‘green’ buildings for the educational market.
Gene joined the company with an extensive background of over 30 years in the modular building industry. He has been a major force in the educational marketplace and a proponent of the financial and environmental advantages of modular construction. A former teacher, Gene works closely with each client to come up with the best plan based on the particular circumstances.
Gene’s experience and reputation in modular construction and customer service makes him our ideal new business development representative in the educational market.
