The Putnam County Department of Health was in need of a new dental clinic. They decided to choose modular construction because of the speed advantage over traditional construction.

This permanent dental clinic has three exam/operating rooms each with a swing though x-ray machine. There is also a lab area, doctor’s office, reception office, waiting room, administrative area and two restrooms.

The floors are site-installed wood and the interior walls have an orange peel finish that was also completed on-site. Each exam/operating room is equipped with medical grade vinyl flooring.

State of the art dental equipment was installed and the building has gas, air and water lines tied into the equipment as well as emergency backup capabilities.

The site-built ramp, steps and covered porch were installed with permanent foundations, and two exterior entrances were constructed: one for employees and one for patients.
