The Client:

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI) is dedicated to protecting, conserving and managing Florida’s marine and coastal resources. FWRI develops the information science requires to analyze and disseminate research products and engages in outreach activities to complement all programs.

Client Need:

In June 2005, FWRI wanted to add another field lab to their existing six laboratories. FWRI chose modular construction as the easiest and fastest solution to their space problem. Through the Florida state bidding process, they partnered with M Space and received the best product for the best price.

The M SPACE Solution:

M Space provided, delivered and installed a 27’ x 65’ modular building for the Tequesta field station. The building consists of offices for ten to fourteen scientists, an open space for meetings, a kitchen and restroom facilities. M Space worked hand-in-hand with the manufacturer and reviewed every detail of the construction process.
