First Energy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) at the Beaver Valley Power Station is located in western Pennsylvania.
Client Need:
FENOC needed temporary office space while construction to their current building was underway. M Space was selected to provide them with a custom built modular building designed to house the contractors and engineers who would be working on the three-year construction project.
The M SPACE Solution:
M Space created a 120’ x 288’ layout that resulted in 34,560 square feet of office space. The site underwent preparation while the building was being manufactured. This allowed M Space to deliver the building to the customer on-time and within budget. The modular office building was the perfect layout for the engineers and contractors. It was complete with offices, open space for large drafting tables, meeting rooms and multi-stall bathrooms.
The Testimonial:
I had no problem with anything associated with this project. M Space provided us with the perfect building for all the people that had to use it. It had to handle mainly the project engineers and main contractors. The service was great and there was nothing wrong with the structure, it was perfect. We hadn’t used modular buildings since the late 80’s and this building was incredible. M Space was responsive to any of my requests. As I said, I had no problems.
