M SPACE recently broke ground on four modular classroom buildings in Williston, ND. The modular complex will serve early childhood education needs in Williams County through the Community Development Institute (CDI) Head Start program.
To quickly and efficiently accommodate the increase in student enrollment, the CDI utilized modular construction for its new Head Start program. M SPACE is providing 5,586 square feet of permanent modular classroom space to meet their growth needs. The building includes three classrooms and one classroom/multi-purpose room, six children’s restrooms, one adult restroom and kitchen space.
Modular construction was chosen for its time saving benefits. The project will be completed in just 90 days, a fraction of the time traditional construction would take.
M SPACE was pleased to meet children, school administrators and the Mayor of Williston, Wade Koeser, at the ground breaking ceremony.
