Modular STEM School Complete

M SPACE recently finished construction on a new two-story modular STEM School for Lake Washington School District. The school was constructed in two phases with the first phase ending in August 2012 and the second in October 2012. In early January, two-thirds of the building was occupied, allowing teachers and students to start holding classes. With substantial completion on March 15, 2013, the school plans to fully occupy the building for the fall 2013-14 school year.

This permanent school represents the broad capabilities and limitless design opportunities when integrating modular construction and traditional construction.
